If you have registered for the course and did not receive an email with your password or username, the problem is at YOUR end.
You are immediately sent several emails from us upon signing up.
One is an email with your shopping cart receipt. The other is with your login username and password information.
If you have not received one or both of these emails, it may be because you haven't added "internationalphotography,academy" to your safe sender's list and our emails have ended up in your spam or junk email box. Please do a search for these emails.
If you still can not find the email that was sent to you , you need to do the following:
1/ Go to: http://internationalphotography.academy
2/ Click on LOGIN
3/ Click on "LOST PASSWORD"
4/ Enter the same email that you signed up with to retrieve a new password.
(Please note: The email may be your Paypal email address if you had paid for your course on our site with Paypal)
There are 2 emails that are immediately sent to you via the email address that you provided during registration.
One is from our shopping cart admin with a receipt for your payment.... The second is a notification direct from International Photography Academy with your Username and Password details.
If you have not received this 2nd email, there is a problem at your end and this can be any of the following:
1/ You have entered your email incorrectly.
2/ You have'nt added "internationalphotography.academy" to your safe senders list and our email has ended up in your spam box.
3/ You are using an email account like gmail, hotmail and the server has rejected our email.
4/ Your email box is full
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO...
1/ Firstly, do a search for our email particularly in your spam.
2/ If unsuccessful, go to the course RESET PASSWORD page HERE and enter the email address that you provided during signup. (please note: If you paid via paypal, this may be your Paypal account email address) The password will be reset and sent to you.
If this does not resolve your problem, please open a support ticket and provide us with an alternative email address.
If you have a Hotmail, GMail or Yahoo account it is not ideal as these servers are prone to blocking emails they think could be spam.
Therefore. it is highly recommended that you use an alternative, more reliable account.
If you have no alternative, you MUST add the following domain names to your SAFE SENDERS list. This is also known as WHITE LIST.

You may take your time.
The course is designed to be taken at your own pace. There are no time limits and your membership allows you 12 Months access so as you may revisit your video tutorials and course content time and time again to refresh your skills.
We are also continually adding additional benefits and fabulous resources for the benefit of our members.
These updates are provide to you FREE as a part of your membership package.
If you are having problems viewing the screen and part of it appears CUT OFF, unfortunately the problem is at YOUR end and this is because of your screen having incorrect resolution settings.
If your mouse has a scroll wheel situated on the top that you can "ROLL" try holding down the "CTRL" key as you ROLL the wheel.
Another way you can do this is to hold down your "CTRL" key whilst pressing the "MINUS" key.
If this does not work, you will need to go into your computer display settings and reset them to match your default screen size.
If this doesn't work, you will need to try accessing the course on a different computer.
If you find that your pages are not loading correctly or when you try to access the course you are directed back to the "LOGIN" page this can be a problem with Internet Explorer 7
There can be some compatibility problems if you are using Internet Explorer
Others using Internet Explorer 7 discovered that there was a security setting in the browser they were using that prevented the page from loading correctly.
If you are experiencing these problems, we highly recommend that you use Google Chrome to view your course.
